Gold Service Program

HCS provides comprehensive POS system service through our Gold Service Program. This program includes:

  • Equipment maintenance including lubrication, cleaning, adjustments, and replacement of parts that are unserviceable
  • Troubleshooting

  • 24/7 help desk

It also includes discounted on-site labor and after-hours on-site service calls if your business is located within driving distance from our offices in Akron, Ohio. If your business is located beyond driving distance from our office, service and support packages includes depot repair of equipment shipped to our office and equipment parts and labor for depot repairs

HCS 24/7 also offers phone support through our Silver Service Program. Regardless of the time of day, you can get answers to your questions and help from our tech support professionals. Call 24-hour phone support as many times as you needed for a flat monthly rate.


Bronze Service Program

Our Bronze Service Program allows you to call phone support as needed. On this plan you are billed for each call.
